Upholding “SUSTAINABLE ACTION by TOKYO KNIT” as the theme of product development, TOKYO KNIT is proceeding with holding the exhibition and collaboration works with designers. Following the launch on JOOR, TOKYO KNIT will hold the physical exhibition with strict measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the digital exhibition through REMOTEN simultaneously as a compilation of activities in this TOKKYO KNIT project year (2020 summer – 2021 spring). 20 booths by 25 participant companies: 12 booths of original factory brands and 8 booths to appeal their techniques as OEM/ODM will be exhibited. Collaboration works with ANREALAGE and Children of the discordance will be shown as well.

◆Collaboration works with ANREALAGE

A part of 2021S/S collection of ANREALAGE, the collaboration works for which Kawashima Knitting Co., Ltd. was assigned will be exhibited. Collaboration works for 2021A/W collection by several certificated companies of TOKYO KNIT to be presented in the middle of March is ongoing.

◆ Collaboration works with Children of the discordance

A part of 2021A/W collection of Children of the discordance already released in January 2021, the collaboration works Kashima Knitting Co., ltd. handled will be exhibited. Another collaboration works with which Artes Co.,Ltd., Numajiri Textile Laboratory and Marucho Co., Ltd. are involved will be released during RAKUTEN FASHION WEEK TOKYO in the middle of March.

※As telework has been expanded under the circumstance of COVID-19 pandemic, it is hard to go to the exhibitions for face-to-face communication. REMOTEN is online exhibition system making it possible for hosts and visitors to participate in the exhibition and closely communicate each other. Visitors will be able to see and listen to the presentation of products and brands effectively through REMOTEN without going out.
