Fashion show to unveil the clothes collaborated by TOKYO KNIT and ‘Cho Judai’ /artists with disabilities, “TOKYO LOVE KNIT”, will be held!!

In FY2023, TOKYO KNIT, collaborating with “‘Cho Judai’ -Ultra Teens”, has been proceeding with activities to beam its attractiveness to all generations through Generation Z who will deliver the future. As a compilation of FY2023 activities, fashion show to unveil the clothes collaborated by TOKYO KNIT and ‘Cho Judai’ /artists with disabilities, “TOKYO LOVE KNIT“, will be held in February 16, 2024 at TRUNK HOTEL CAT STREET MORI.

Had been focusing on appeal to BtoB until FY2022, especially to domestic and international apparel brands, in FY2023, TOKYO KNIT has been proceeding with the project in which Generation Z directly touch high-quality products of TOKYO KNIT and beam what they feel, as a program to appeal its attractiveness to Generation Z who will deliver the future. As a compilation of activities, fashion show to unveil the clothes designed by representative 6 influencers of ‘Cho Judai’, Yuka Uchiyama, Sota Uemura, Kyomi Sawada, Ayaka Honmo, Ruru Mikuma, and Ryuto, collaborating with 4 certificated companies, will be held.

TOKYO KNIT×”Artworks by artists with disabilities”

Clothes designed by certificated companies based on the artworks by artists with disabilities, Mika Kamijo and Eiichi Shibata, will be unveiled at fashion show. Original artworks will be exhibited at the venue.


・Mika Kamijo

At the age of 19, she started drawing self-taught by deforming the face of medical staff working for the hospital where she was hospitalized due to autosomal recessive hereditary disease. Her drawing themes are “colorful imaginary world” and “dream world”.

Eiichi Shibata

Born in 1970. Drawing itself is already what makes him feel good and stabilizes himself when he is anxious. He has been drawing under the theme of “‘Sekken no Se,’ S of soap”, which is an eternal mystery, for more than 25 years. This veteran attracts the attention at the overseas art fairs and artworks were sold out at his first solo-exhibition in NY. But he is totally indifferent to those great achievements and lives at his own pace. Enjoying wordplay, he is beloved by everybody of welfare facility.
